RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Custom or personalized gift boxes cannot be returned or exchanged. Considering the nature of the products and COVID-19, no returns or refunds will be issued. Should you have any concerns about the product, you should contact us within 24 hours of receiving it so we can resolve it as soon as possible.
